I am a very kind hearted person who believes every child can learn. I am patient and caring and I believe in positive reassurance as a way to encourage learning. I have found that the most important aspect of teaching is to inspire the student by setting an example. I find this especially appealing because I feel that it is important for a student to want to learn. I strive to not exclude any child or prevent learning in any way. I want to help children find the best way for them to learn based on their specific capabilities. I want my students to gain independence and be able to enjoy learning. A Little Bit About Me...

Education has been my passion and dream for as long as I can remember. Furthermore, I followed my dream and graduated from Cal State California with a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Studies and a concentration in History. Due to my education I am exceedingly familiar with classroom settings and the professionalism that comes with it. I also have accumulated plentiful hours of observations in different classrooms, along with many hours of volunteer help in numerous elementary and preschool classrooms. Within this past year I have done extensive studying for the CSET exam, this studying has furthered my understanding of the elementary educational testing.
