I adapt my teaching style to match that of my learners. For example, Visual, kinesthetic, logical, musical etc. I try to make math fun and show students how to use math to solve real world problems. I create lessons that tap into students background knowledge, cultures, and interests. I love teaching students and assisting them in reaching their academic and life long goals..
I have been teaching and tutoring students since 2001. I Have taught grades 6-12th & a few college students. I have been a mathematics teacher, substitute teacher, math intervention teacher, a CAHSEE & SAT math prep teacher,& Soccer coach in the William S. Hart Union High School District.
