Coming from a family with no prior college education, I made it a point to not only graduate from a four-year university but to work as hard as I could to be the best at what I do. I accomplished what I have set out to do by graduating with a degree at both institutes I attended with a GPA above 3.0. I have tutored my younger brother for several years in the four major subjects. I also worked in high school as a teaching aid for a 4th grade class at Jefferson Elementary School and actually taught math and science to the class. As a graduate of the University of Tennessee, I feel that I am a perfect fit for this job. I enjoy tutoring and mentoring in history and spanish. I have taught English as a second language for about a year and a half at my church and I am very confortable with teaching.
