My comments on tutoring GED : I have taught students in alternative schools basic educational skills needed to either graduate from high school or earn a GED.

I have taught for many years in all levels of secondary school, alternative schools, and tutoring centers.I eat, sleep, and drink tutoring as I tutor every day during the school year and do lots of research to help my kids in whatever academic subject is causing them difficulty. I began my teaching career for the first five years as a high school English teacher and taught regular college prep English courses.The next five years I taught English at the middle school level.Next, I got married and resigned from teaching when our first child was born. A Little Bit About Me...

I am currently working on my doctoral disseration and adjunct teaching at ITT tech, University of Phoenix and MCann Business school. I teach a variety of business courses as well as math and english classes. Having a Masters degree in Finance and Accounting has allowed me to have a strong background in Math as well as business. I graduated from high school as number eleven in rank out of 248. I often assisted other students in both high school and college. Later, as a homeschooling mother of four, I taught all of my children all subjects through the eighth grade level. I just returned from the island of Saipan, where I taught high school English in a private school, and seventh grade English in a public school. I presently am a certified substitute teacher in the Cumberland County, PA, public school system, where I teach almost all grade levels and subjects.
