I have earned an associate degree in Criminal Justice/ Forensics science, at NVCC as well as my certificate in the legal program at Training Direct. I am a senior at the University of Hartford pursuing my Bachelor degree in biochemistry. It wasn't until I completed my B.S. degree and had a child of my own to fully understand the importance of an education. My son was diagnosed with Autism, this diagnosis woke in me a new desire to learn. I went on to complete my Masters Degree while working on my son's social, language and educational development.
