My comments on tutoring Language Arts : Vocabulary, comprehension and syntax are important ingredients to any language arts class. Personal tutoring allows me to focus on your specific needs.

I believe in assessments to determine a childs strengths and weaknesses. I would want to have previous class work and homework assignments and determine deficiencies in a given area. I want to understand what the teacher is doing from this work. It is helpful to understand why you or your child is not being as successful as possible.
