A Little Bit About Me...

I am a firm believer that strict memorization does not allow the student to broaden their ability to solve problems of various flavors. I encourage the student to understand the concepts to avoid tedious memorization. Additionally I believe children learn best in an environment where they do not feel intimidated or nervous. I believe by working closely with the student and making learning fun I can help the student avoid becoming discouraged. This helps to prevent the chain reaction of test failures. It also prevents the student from giving up on the subject.
I am a seasoned adjunct instructor and tutor at the introductory level at a Community College. I have taught a graduate level Chemistry course at a Masters granting College.
