While teaching at Maryville Children's Academy in Maryville, Tennessee, I created learning activities for the Kindergarten Readiness and Four Year Old students. I also created the 2012 Space Curriculum for the preschool system. During my Internship/Student Teaching experience at Donald Yates Primary School and Ocooe Middle School I taught various subjects in the second grade, and I also taught Social Studies and Science in the sixth grade. I like to listen to students and teaching style is by hands on experience for students. Showing and explaining how they can achieve the skill at hand is successful. Often by teaching computer skills or program to help with the subject at hand.
I have worked with children in a pre-school or subing element for years, as well as an office. I am 2 classes away from my Assoc of E.Edu at the University of Phoenix. I plan to continue with my B.S. Being envolved as a sub-teacher has allowed me to work with children of differnt ages to understand what they are learning,and the differnt styles that may help with that age group.
