I was a teaching assistant at North Georgia College and State University for three years. I assisted with laboratory sections of biology courses and taught them in the event of a professors absence. I provided department funded tutoring services during that time as well. I have taken the GRE and Biology Section of the GRE and received excellent scores on both tests in only one sitting. I enjoy teaching and working with elementary aged children. I love those moments when, after much effort, the light of understanding dawns in a student's eyes.
