Hands on. Using a board to explain concepts and then letting student take a try. Most students learn better by doing.
Chemistry tutor at local learning center. All of my students received a passing final grade ( so far)! I taught 19 courses of biology/anatomy to undergraduate students at ECU. This was the most joyful time in my career. I've discovered that chemistry is difficult because teachers only teach one way. It begins to click when a student hears the same info from a different perspective.

I have been a tutor since I was in a freshmen in high school. I have tutored students in English and reading skills. I tutored a group of sixth graders, who approved their state academic scores.
