I have been teaching Reading for 15 years. I taught in Allentown, Pa., Maryland and currently in Bethlehem, PA. I have always taught 6th graders. I have been selected grade level leader at all schools and make it a point to know all students in my grade. I am an hnest teacher that explains why lesson need to be done. My comments on tutoring Social Studies : Social Studies is such an important topic for students today. I have found that with social studies, there are so many fun and interesting ways to tutor this subject. Each one of my students will receive this treatment and will have a fun experience.

I have a very Hands-On Teaching Style
I have been working with children for the past seven years. Four of those years have included homeschooling pre-school and pre-kindergarten as well as homework help and tutoring the children that I was babysitting. I love tutoring because it allows me to work one-on-one with my students. Tutoring, also, allows me the opportunity to create the ultimate tutoring experience based off of the students learning style and interest. The students that I conducted homework help and tutoring with were within grades 2nd through 6th. I conducted my Student Teaching in a first grade classroom and loved every minute of it.
