I was fortunate to be able to enter college full-time at the age of fourteen. This gave a great opportunity to pursue a wide variety of interests and still graduate slightly ahead of my peers. As a result I had almost completed the requirements for majors in several subjects, including chemistry, German, music and the subject I received my degree in, biology. In addition to taking courses in these subjects, I was able to work as a German tutor for over a year and as a teaching assistant for two sections of first semester organic chemistry.

My method is very student-centered: learn the student's interests, strengths, weaknesses, and needs, and the way to properly teach them anything will be clear as day. I believe very strongly that people best digest knowledge when it's delivered to them "in their own language," and in ways that they can easily identify cognitively.
