A Little Bit About Me...

I have been in education for several years now and have found it to be very rewarding. Being able to witness the growth and successes of students from all education levels has truely been a gift. A Little Bit About Me...

In having a science background, I have not only learned laboratory skills and reasoning skills, but I have learned how to increase efficiency, communicate in a clear manner, and write in a way that is direct and clear. I enjoy learning, and I instill that passion into my students as best I can. I grew up with a mom who is an English teacher, so I have developed good communication skills and writing skills from her. I have taught Biology for two years at the college level and I very much enjoy the experience of knowing that what you have been trying to convey to your students just hit home. That is a great feeling.
