I have always excelled in writing and grammar. While at Duke University, I had a minor in English. I currently work at a large manufacturing company as the copywriter/communications coordinator. In this role, I prepare press releases, articles, and other corporate documents that require me to have excellent writing and analytical skills. Directly after graduating, I began a career as an Academic Advisor in the Moore School of Business Undergraduate Division at the University of South Carolina. I currently still hold this job. Over the past few months I have been involved with substitute teaching in Richland School District 2. Since being involved I have gotten very much involved in every aspect of teaching. I have been requested at serveral of the district schools because of the way I respond to being in the classroom and working with children of age grades and ages.
