I believe tutoring students is not only an educational experience, but it is also a mentoring experience in which the student is influenced by the tutors leadership, patience, and devotion to his/her needs. I tutor students using a fun method of repetition through games and skill tests. I believe the student can sense my enthusiasm to teach, which ignites the student's enthusiasm to learn. I am fully capable of tutoring students from 1st graders to seniors in high school, college students, and adults.
My collegiate experience at Howard University has provided me with the opportunity to work in an environment, which involves utilizing leadership skills while working with others effectively to solve a given problem.
