Elementary Math is one of my top subjects!

I am a former teacher with 24 years' experience in the classroom. I have taught Georgia Pre K, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades. My Master's in Reading and Literacy enabled me to elevate my Reading instruction. I always find myself trying to lead others to figure out material on their own as a I set guidelines for them as they do so. I believe this is the best way for them to learn the material. I do not like to tell my students the answers, inhibiting them from thinking things through. I try to find different ways of teaching material in order to keep them motivated, as well.
