I was at the ITT Nashville and Draughons College campuses for 9+ years and School Chair of the CAD/MM department at ITT for 3 of those years. I have taught multiple subjects during my tenure including almost all of the classes in GenEd and in math, physics, calculus. I am currently pursuing my Master's of Science at UTMartin in MSEd in Theory and Practice and finish next year. My 15+ years in engineering, B.S. in Physics, qualifies me. After high school I achieved a BS from George Peabody College for teacher, however did not teach for money until many years later after I received my MS. My work in clinical psychology has been mostly with children, the severely mentally ill, and abuse cases. My last full time position was teaching high school material in a one room school to students who were wards of the state. I taught anger management for the local courts for eight years. Now I teach parenting classes for divorcing couples for the Giles County court. I also occasionally teach a seminar for attorneys on body language.

1998 was the my first tutoring experience, I took time from busy school schedule to tutor students in Math and Science at a low income school near my college. After spending time tutoring students in a variety of subjects I decided to go for an education degree once I finished my undergraduate degree. While working towards my Masters degree I spent a semester working in the Seattle Public school as a substitute teachers aid. Once I finished my Masters degree and teaching certification I received a job as an Earth Science teacher. I taught for one year at that school and then moved to the state of Tennessee.
