For the greater part of my life I have been involved in various facets of education. Reading is one of my top subjects! I have taught beginning reading n first and second gtrades for more than 40 years. I have also tutored in reading in all the other elementary grades. I base my teaching in reading on phonics.

As I graduated from college with my California State Teaching Credential,I was able to teach 2nd grade for the Los Angeles City School District for three years. During that time I sought to gain as much experience and expertise as possible to prepare me for teaching in a school for missionary children overseas.
