Experience matters!

I was a public school teacher for 30 years. I recently retired and attended training for a multi sensory approach to dyslexia another learning difficulties. I believe a solid foundation is the key th success.

I began working with pre-k age group as a lead teacher for the four year olds room. After leaving that placement I started working with high school aged students as a substitute. Working with these young adults reinforced my belief that if a student does not have the basic skills learned early in their education, it is very difficult to go back and relearn them. Basic Learning Skills is one of my top subjects! I hold a current Florida Teaching Certificate with 17 yrs experience in Early Childhood classrooms.
