My comments on tutoring Math : Do you or your child struggle with Math? One thing I love to do is help students overcome their fears of Math. I'm currently teaching 4th-6th grade level. As a tutor, I love to teach and help students find joy and ease in learning the subject of Math.

I have more than 5 years of experience as an elementary math teacher. I love to teach and help students. I have interpersonal skills where I keep students engaged in the materials. I help them feel comfortable, learn the materials, and get on track. I make a point that at the end of the tutoring session, they must know and learn the formulas, solutions, equations, etc. --- the math/topic.

I have the capability to not only understand but fluently express any material. have done extensive research into tutoring and student-teacher bonds, an aspect I feel is important. I present the fact that the session is a time to learn yet enjoy. I always use my love for knowledge to improve the child's interest in learning - enhancing motivation. I supply the student with a notebook to be used for our sessions which seems to have increased the frequency the student works out of session. As an Graduate of Applied Science of Industrial Instrumentation. I was extremely driven to accomplish a long sought after goal of completing college while shift working and raising a family of four sons all on my own.
