I believe the best way for students to learn is by doing and discovering the material hands on as oppose to being lectured to. I like to instruct demonstrate the learning material to my students intially, but after that i prefer to have my students try the material themselves so they can see and understand what aspects of the material they dont understand. That helps me pinpoint what i need to focus on as far as helping them with a particular area of miscomprehension. I strongly believe in learning by doing instead of learning by seeing. I am fully aware that everyone learns in their own way so i am flexible in my teaching methods.

I believe a good teacher will be able to convey the information in way best-suited to the student. A teacher can be extremely knowledgable, but the student must be enabled to learn through motivation and having the material accessible/understandable.
