I enjoy being able to work with children and being able to positively impact their lives whether that be through empowering them to succeed or teaching new skills. Throughout my graduate studies I worked as a substitute teacher from grades pre-k-12; however I especially enjoyed working with younger children as it allows for more creativity and thinking outside of the box. My name is Lois Mcmillian, I am a very energetic , loving person that love working with children.I have passion for children that gives me drive to teach children that are eager to learn.I have earn a Bachelor of Science Degree from Mississippi University of Women. I have expereience in all subject area. I was an assistant teacher for three years and did field expeiences with MUW for two years.
My teaching style is unique because I believe that all children can learn regardless of their disablitity.I prefer to do direct teaching because I can see if the child has grasp the information in a meaniful way. All children learn in different ways and direct instruction can meet child learning styles.My teaching style will make a differnce in a child's life.
