If the student does not have a preference, then I would have the student work on problems either assigned, in books, or problems i put together and then see where the student is struggling and take it from there.
Two years before graduating from USCD I did some math tutoring to pay for school expenses. I tutored subjects ranging from Algebra to Calculus. I graduated from UCSD in 2003 and I am currently working full time as a Network Administrator.
