Conventional tradition style of teaching. I do teach in a manner that will give students detail understanding of the subject matter. The more the students get to understand the basic concert of a particular subject, the easier they will develop interest and do well in that subject.

Some students learn better by hearing the concept. It is helpful for them to first have a conversation about what the subject matter is, and how it is used, and then proceed to the actual lessons.
