I would say that my style is one of direction. Helping students find answers, teaching them how to research for the answers and developing paths of choices to determine which one to take and determining the outcome of that choice or the alternatives. I feel better challenging them to use their thinking skills, their cognitive processing skills & decision making skills. Every child, I believe, learns differently and a good tutor or teacher, takes the time to find that out for the student(s) they are working with. Success is important for growth, independence and adulthood.
