I am earning my BS in Business Administration and have gained an understanding in many areas of computer technology, arithmetic, English, and science. I love watching and learning from children. I believe that learning is closely related to confidence. I like to take the time to get to know children and understand what they like so that I can better understand how their brain works and how they process information. I believe that all children can learn, and when a child has difficulty grasping a concept, the teacher must change their technique. I have used a variety of methods when working with children. Manipulatives, flash cards ,games and stimulus equivalence training are just a few. I also believe that a child that needs extra help with a subject should not feel like they are being punished. A teaching session should not just help a person learn a concept, but help develop a passing for knowledge and learning.
