Since graduating from my undergraduate program in 2007, I have had a passion for teaching and learning. My first teaching experience was working in Camden, New Jersey. I served as an intern art teacher for at-risk first through third graders in an after school/summer school program. Shortly thereafter I started my Master's program, where I integrated my passion for teaching into my capstone project. I am currently working as a Spanish Interpreter at Friendship Community Care in Russellville, Arkansas, and I have earned a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish at Arkansas Tech University, which has enabled me to increase my knowledge of the Spanish language. I am also currenty studying to receive a Master's Degree in English-TESOL option, which is Teaching English to Students of Other Languages (the same as ESL).
