I recently graduated cum laude (3.704 GPA) from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay earning a BA in English with an emphasis in creative writing. While attending UWGB I served as the fiction editor for The Sheepshead Review, UWGB's journal of the creative arts. I was a member of the AT&T Regional Education Center staff where my primary responsibilities included development/delivery of custom technology presentations and delivery of required sales certification courses. I was a member of team that developed comprehensive call center curriculum offered as a fee-based product by AT&T Call Center Consulting. This included courses specific to associate, supervisor and manger in the areas of customer service, inside sales and account management. These courses were later adopted as accredited course offers by Purdue University. I have served the last 5 years as an ESL tutor for Literacy Green Bay. For the past four summers I have worked in a childcare setting. Last summer I did an internship at a Headstart and the previous three summers I worked at a daycare. At both places I worked with children of all ages. In May of 2010 I graduated from UW Green Bay with a degree in Human Development and Psychology. I plan on getting certified in Child Life.
My favorite jobs that I have had dealt with working with children. I love working with children and making a difference in their lives.
