A Little Bit About Me...

I hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting. I am currently holding a Master's degree in Vocational Education. I have been teaching for 20 years. I have taught for 16 years middle/junior high school and for 4 years high school. I teach accounting and electronic accounting concepts. I am the coordinator at my school who is responsible to helping my high school students get accounting and office related jobs as interns.I am a National Board Certified Teacher and is an assistant to the Business's Department chairperson at my school.
Teaching accounting is my passion. Out of all the subjects that I teach, I prefer accounting applications. I am an advisor for FBLA, "Future Business Leaders of America" where many of my students compete in accounting concepts. I believe we all learn in different ways, and I am always open minded in finding the best way for that student I am working with at that time. I believe everyone can achieve the highest of goals if we all strive for that success and find out a way to get there. I have earned a BS in Chemistry and a minor in Math. I am currently working as a chemist, so I have kept up with all the new studies that are taking place right now.
