Teaching has been an important part of my training at University of Missouri-Columbia and I believe my background would be of utmost importance for this position. I have had considerable undergraduate teaching experience; I have taught discussion and laboratory sessions for courses in General Chemistry, Physical Chemistry and Organic Chemistry, in addition, I have also supervised undergraduate research for several students. A Little Bit About Me...

I am very determined and driven to complete my education in the field on Psychology and then move on the Medical School. Being a Psychology Major has taught me intensive research and presentation skills and has allowed me to be critical and analytic from a scientific point of view. Also, being a Spanish minor, I have come to be almost fluent in the language, with an extensive background in grammar, comprehension and literature. During the last 2 years I have tutored high school on introductory and intermediate Spanish.
I am quite fond of children and their amazing desire and ability to learn. I think that education is one of the most important aspect of a child's upbringing and any contribution that I can make would be very gratifying.
