I earned a BA in Philosophy at Kent State University in 2000. Since then I have studied graduate level Mathematics and I taught undergraduate mathematics classes at Kent State University during the course of my graduate studies. At KSU I have taught Fundamental Math 6 which is high school level pre-algebra math and Algebra for Calculus which is freshmen level Elementary Algebra. I have also taught algebra to high school students for the Upward Bound Classic program at Kent State University. During my Upward Bound course, I taught my students a method of solving the Rubik's Cube.
My undergraduate background is in philosophy and my teaching experience is in mathematics.
