A Little Bit About Me...

From working with various types of students, I have learned that not everyone can learn material in the same manner. I myself am able to relearn and understand material very quickly and effectively. It is this skill that has allowed me to help friends, "little brothers," and teammates learn material that was previously a struggle for them. I have learned the value of patience when teaching others and will strive to adapt to a students learning style so that they are able to best understand material presented.
As a future medical school student, I worked very hard throughout my undergraduate career and was able to obtain a B.S. in both Cellular Neuroscience and Psychology in only 3.5 years. As a future PhD candidate for teaching, I am driven to achieve a high level of excellence in education. I have a bachelor degree in Chemistry, and more specifically the Chemical Education. Chemistry has enabled me to gain an understanding in many areas of math and all sciences in general.
