A Little Bit About Me...

I love teaching and biology is my best subject. I have earned BS in Biology education which also has helped me to gain understanding of chemistry and math.I graduated in 2008 and since then I had only 4 months of teaching experience in a school. But I have done lot of tutoring for friends and family members and I love it.
As a teacher, I have a strong believe that children have different forms of learning patterns. Some learn by writing , some by drawing and some memorizing. I took two years out of my college career at BYU to serve a full time church mission in Ecuador. In Ecuador I learned to speak Spanish fluently and while there taught multiple hours everyday to educate others about the gospel. Although this may not be directly related with school the teaching experience is. I have graduated with a bachelor in science and am very well educated in physics, biology, and chemistry. In college I had the opportunity to work as a peer tutor and also as a tutor for high school students through the Upward Bound program. I did this via face to face as well as through phone tutoring. Upon graduating I was lucky enough to get a full time job with the Upward Bound program and continued to tutor as well as train tutors.
