How do I summarize teaching in my life? I guess the best way to explain my teaching experience is to tell you a story. As a young girl I wanted to be a teacher. Because of my love of learning I taught all my siblings how to read. I know it is pretty funny but it is a true story. That led to my doing teaching seminars, which led to consulting, which led to training, which led to my working with individuals as a life coach. I have been a CEO, Vice President, Consultant, Senior Broker, Artist, Photographer, Glass Blower, Jewelry Designer and writer, the job titles have changed over the years; the only consistent has been that teaching has always been a part of my working life.

A Little Bit About Me...

My strengths are in identifying a students weaknessess and giving them the tools needed to succeed. I provide the best that I have to give and know that the student will respond with his or her best as well. My goal is to achieve a level of motavation so that the student will be proud of his/her achievements in reading and math. I believe that each student learns at a different pace and I have the tools necessary as their tutor to help them achieve their stated goals. As a graduate of The Kings College the professors taught me the value of working with children on an individual basis. They taught me that there are many different learning styles a student may have.
