I was an in-school suspension teacher for two years at Durand High and Middle School, helping students get caught up on their pre-algebra, social studies, science, English and Spanish homework. Previously to becoming a teacher I worked in industry as a project manager or assistant for different companies, using Spanish occasionally. During my study towards at BS in Chemistry I published a paper with a professor doing electrochemical research. I currently work at a small manufacturing company where I purchase raw materials, formulate products, supervise the manufacturing process and check the quality of the end product. Through my studies and work I have learned to apply analytical thinking to real world problems for results.
