I believe that our children are our future. Without education to make children successful, our future will not be successful. Knowledge is the key to our success. Each child is unique. I love to work with children who are eager to learn. I know that for most children having to study is not their top priority, so I try to make it fun. I am patient, and know that learning often takes repetition. I believe that most children have the power to learn, some just need some one on one attention.

I've worked with children in many differnt areas of education and with children on many different levels. My focus was on children with disabilities and speech/language disorders. I've worked with children w/developmental delays and regular education children. I've also served as a tutor to children in my area w/learning disabilities. I have a BS in Speech Pathology w/a minor in Special education and I am currently working on my MS Ed in School Counseling. I will graduate from the Univ of Southern MS in May 2011. I've tutored children in English, Math, Science, and Reading.
I absolutely love working with children of all ages. I love to see the end results from working one on one w/ a child at the end of a session. I am very patient, and a firm believer that every child can learn!
