Each student will present with some king of dominant learning style. They will be primarily visual, auditory, conceptual or experiential. It is my job to discover that style in the teaching process and direct my approach to that student. I think that the way to encourage a child's success is to identify the ways in which the students learns best, and to understand what subjects/topics interest them.
