A total learning experience

I believe every student can learn, and as a result incorporate a variety of learning techniques to address a variety of learning styles. I tend to prefer a Socratic method of teaching where the student discovers the answer through discussion, reading and research. I will use direct instruction on occassion when the need arises but my classroom is typically humming with group work and whole class discussions.
