Experienced, university-quality instruction at low rates

I prefer face-to-face interaction, as language learning is a social experience. With that in mind, I am happy with one-on-one tutoring as well as small groups, even with different levels of experience. Also, language learning should be fun! While the basics such as vocabulary, rules of grammar, etc. are necessary, that does not mean instruction needs to be boring.
I recently completed my Master's degree in Portuguese at Brigham Young University. I believe that all children learn differently. I do not have a specific way of teaching because I get to know my students and help them learn depending on their abilities and learning style. As a former English major and editing minor at Brigham Young University I helped many students write and edit research and English papers. Along the way I also had the opportunity to edit an engineering Master's thesis. I have tutored in paper writing in various subjects as well as specifically tutoring in creative writing.
