A Little Bit About Me...

I believe that it is important to have fun while learning. A good example would be my experience with science. I used to hate science, but my senior year of high school I had a great teacher in my Advanced Biology class. He made the class fun and entertaining. I believe that is the best way to teach someone.

Experienced, university-quality instruction at low rates

I prefer face-to-face interaction, as language learning is a social experience. With that in mind, I am happy with one-on-one tutoring as well as small groups, even with different levels of experience. Also, language learning should be fun! While the basics such as vocabulary, rules of grammar, etc. are necessary, that does not mean instruction needs to be boring.
I recently completed my Master's degree in Portuguese at Brigham Young University. Writing is one of my top subjects!

Some pupils are very hardworking.They always do what they are asked to do.Some would bring dictionaries to school.So ,whenever , there are new vocabulary, they would refer to their dictionaries but the funniest thing is that these pupils do not know how to choose the best meanings to the words they found. They don't know whether it is a noun,adjective or verb.And some of them would take any meanings as long as there is a meaning to it. When I was younger I had a really tough time with my speech and with my reading/comprehension. I went through school constantly having to work slower and harder than most students in my class. I was so determined to get better at my learning disabilities that I decided to go to a tutor. With the extra great help and assistance I was able to catch up to most students in my class and continued to excel throughout grade school.
