Continued learning equals continued growth.

My teaching style is to make sure my teaching is inclusive so that every child can actively participate in the learning experience. Differentiation is an important method I use to help those students who struggle in certain areas.
I have been teaching now for a total of four years. However, I have been working in the educational field for eight years. Prior to becoming a teacher, I worked as a library clerk. Teaching to me is about how to engage the student. The material that is prepared for daily lessons can be nothing more than just words to some students. The instructor must become one with the student and understand them on their level. Once you can see eye to eye with your students, then you can begin to help them learn and grow. A Little Bit About Me...

I've worked with children in various educational and tutorial capacities over the past years and have a firm belief that every child’s capabilities as a student are connected to the capability of the teacher/tutor to understand the needs of the individual student. I have six years experience working with children of all ages in an educational capacity. I worked as a literacy tutor and I taught autistic pre-schoolers in the public school system.
