I have been doing accounting work my whole adult life and I love it! I chose this field because I love a challenge. I have worked at CPA firms, however my favorite position is working at a small company because I am involved in all aspects of accounting. My current position is Accounting Manager at a manufacturing firm. I love the cost accounting/job costing involved. Hands on teaching is my style. I taught one semester of College Algebra at Illinois State University. I was responsible for 2 sections of lab while I completed graduate credits for a Master's in Mathematics. My B.S. in actuarial science (math) was attained from Bradley University. Also, I've been a youth minister at the local church for a year and half now and have formed a large group consisting of junior high and high school students.
