Online Math Tutor

I only teach online on an hourly basis. When I teach I don't just answer the questions my students ask of me rather let them understand it for themselves. Also, I encourage them to think and analyze too so that I would know where they are weak. I also develop their interest in learning the subject . That being said, I make learning fun and appealing.
I am a graduate of BS Mathematics and currently pursuing my master's degree. I have also been a lecturer for a year right after graduating. My comments on tutoring Pre-Algebra : I am presently teaching this in Middle School.

I have taught college level design and desk top publishing classes since 2004. Experienced Tutor

I began tutoring my freshman year of high school. For my fours year of high school I worked at Kumon Learning Center in Los Angeles. Here, I learned a lot of my tutoring experience. I worked with children from the ages of 5 to 17. I helped these children in math from kindergarten math all the way up to calculus, and then in reading and reading comprehension skills from the younger kindergarteners to younger high schoolers. I enjoy working with children and try to teach children in a fun way so they do not become bored and can learn to really understand and grasp concepts. I also enjoy working with teenagers and am confident that I can help all high schoolers with different subjects they struggle with. I prepared lectures and handouts, held study groups in small and large group settings, and worked with students one on one.
