My comments on tutoring Composition : All of my ebooks and eclasses I consider compositions in the way each are arranged to communicate with the reader.

In my tutoring sessions I spend time getting to know my student discovering his weaknesses, his strengths and evaluating his abilities to learn, and to comprehend. Then I devise a plan of action to help him overcome areas of fear and insecurity by helping him to build confidence and right attitudes towards learning. Hands-on. We all learn more when we experience new things, and get to try them ourselves. Children are more engaged when there is something for the them to do to interact with the materials provided.
I was an elementary education major for 2.5 years before following my specific passion to writing and literature in my Junior year to finish up school. I graduated with a 3.35 QPA from Slippery Rock University in May of 2015! MENTORING THROUGH TEACHING LASTS FOREVER!!!

I have tutored in the Public Schools for many years while my children were young. As a young teen I even graded papers for teachers who were not associated with my school district. I enjoy teaching and get great satisfaction from the success when a student gets it! I home schooled my middle child when she became too ill to attend school on a regular basis. My method for her taught her to be very responsible. Upon graduation she had better self confidence and had a 4.0 in college and successfully completed her degree. I tutored extensively when I was in high school, both privately and through my college. Most of my experience is in mathematics, but I can also tutor in English, science, and SAT prep. I received a 2170 on my SATs and a 32 on my ACT. I graduated high school with my Associates degree, and had a 4.0 GPA in both.
