I believe that a child cannot fully come to comprehend subject matter without having a chance to be immersed in it first. This philosophy lends to the hands-on, question-oriented form of teaching that I so firmly stand by. I realize that different people employ different strategies in coming to learn new material and I will adjust the way I teach as best I can in order to accommodate each and every individual detail. Multi-subject tutoring: maths, Chinese, English

I've had previous experience tutoring, mainly working with kids aged from 7 to 15. I used to be a part-time teacher in an English as a second language institute for a year. Conducting engaging and informative lessons is my passion, and I love to see people improve after they take my class. I have a solid background in maths, and I can also tutor elementary physics and chemistry. I will be able to conduct lessons in areas such as science, English, and since I'm a Chinese student, I can also teach Chinese(mandarin). Teaching Chinese and maths is my strength. I have always been good in math and sciences. I enjoyed teaching my friends and classmates. For this reason I started by tutering math courses at the University of Tenessee Knoxville. I enjoyed teaching and math was easy for me. I tought classes and did seminars while working at leoni and I had a great time lead, teach and tutor.

A Little Bit About Me...

Having my bachelor degree in English and Philosophy, I have been given a unique understanding towards how to ask questions to make people think about the material they're reading, and what questions the material is trying to ask.
