It is important to have that type of space so as to ensure that students do not form a sense of anxiety when entering the room or when studying that particular subject. I am a recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a degree in Nutritional Sciences. This degree required excellent science and math skills to complete. I have taken math through Calc 2 and advanced science courses such as organic chemistry and genetics. I feel that I have a very solid background in math and science and could teach it well.
