I love the one-on-one part of teaching. Connecting with kiddos, seeing the light bulb turn on in their faces. I have been a Human Resources Manager for past 10 years. A good portion of my job is involved with training. While there are differences in training/teaching adults versus young adults and children, the basics are still the same. I have volunteered in the past as religious educator for children in first, second and fourth grade.
