I have two children of my own, ages 5 and 8. I absolutely love to be involved in their school work. I have patience and understanding of how a child learns. I respect their capabilities and like to push them just enough to get the best out of them. I am a strict but also a very helpful teacher. I can say that I'm a natural when it comes to teaching. I explain exactly the scope and amount of work to do and help them do it by motivating them, correcting them when necessary and helping them acquire methods of learning. my goal is to teach them "how to learn" vs "what to learn".
