I am a strong believer that children all learn differently. I consider myself a visual learner, but try to teach to cater all different learning styles. I believe children learn best when able to relate to the material in some way. I try my best to discover the individual child's learning style and personal interests early on and then adjust my approach accordingly. Teaching is a passion of mine. I truly believe that all students need to be reached and sometimes the teachers forget that. I believe that to teach, you must reach the student fully, and to reach the student is to actively engage the student in the lesson. The students are more interested if they are put in the situation or if they are doing something hands-on rather than listening to the teacher.
