I was not the sharpest tool on the shed. However, what I have noticed is that there is always a mechanic that can sharpen the tool. And my teachers through out my school years have made me a better student. A good teacher will either inspire you and make students great or de-motivate students and be unsuccessful in their field. Every kid has a different way of learning and it is our job to analyze, discover and show students how they can learn better and easier. Coming from a poor background I was very much determined to change my family economic situation. I work hard and smart to make this happen and in the process I have acquired training and learning skills that will empower students from every background. In 1998 I founded a non-profit organization GHAPE and I have been providing varied trainings to the needy to explore their potentials. In 2008 I was an adjunct professor at the University of Bridgeport. I will again be teaching one course to undergraduate in the Fall of 2010.
